Returns & Guarantees

At the moment we offer a 1 year guarantee on all our products, but strive to increase our guarantee to 2 years to lifetime guarantee (on the specific products) as our Company expands in the future. 

We have a 14 days money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the product. We will refund, repair or replace a faulty product within one year of the purchase date. Please note that when returning the item to us shipping cost is not refundable.

This guarantee is only valid if the product was damage while using it in the manner describes and normal application use. If there is any signs of negligence, misuse or vandalism we will not refund or repair item. If doubt in reference to last mentioned arise we will refer the request of refunds or replacement to a independent 3rd party who will decide whether the request is justified and respond accordingly.
